Anyone remember this Disney commercial?
Tell me you can’t help but smile when you watch this.
I’m usually up by 630a during the week so I can get my kids around for school and such. Today’s Saturday and though I could be sleeping in, I’m up at 630a again.
I can’t sleep; I’m too excited!
One week from today, we’ll be at the airport waiting to board the plane.
Earlier this week, we hit single digits in the countdown. ODT#1 got up and bounded down the stairs, took off the chain link and danced around the kitchen saying, “Single digit dance.”
Oh, and she’s 16. :-)
ODT#2 is 17. He’s usually pretty stoic about vacation. You know…wants to go, but doesn’t really talk about it. Except in random comments. Like he’ll walk by me in the house on his way somewhere else and just say, “Is it time to do to Disney World?” And now that we’re in single digits, every day, he’s talking about going on vacation.
Yesterday, I booked the Wild Animal Trek at Animal Kingdom for all of us. ODT#1 and I have been wanting to do this since it came out. I’m so excited.
We’re having our first WDWarrior meet on Sun. March 3 at 5pm at Magic Kingdom. I’m so excited.
Our first surprise happens before we even leave the airport. The ODTs are in on it, but Bryan doesn’t know the surprise we’re going to drop on him. The three of us can’t wait to see his face. We’re so excited.
I’m sure that every day for the rest of this week, I’m going to have a hard time sleeping in. I don’t care; I’m too excited.
